Born and raised in southern California. Attended Night School - Art Center College of Design for Illustration in the late 1990s. Seven and The Matrix hit me like a ton of bricks, discovered MGLA and listened to Kyle Cooper speak about title design. At the end of 1999 I began working at New Wave Entertainment; began freelancing there and eventually went full time. I spent 4 years there honing my skill in main titles, trailers, dvd menus and content creation. I work on the Fight Club DVD menu under the Art Direction of Vicki Shively. I also work a the internet's first film the Quantum Project as a compositor.
After New Wave I got the opportunity to work at Universal Pictures. I bounced around a little bit. Working at Framework LA, I did a lot of the 3D work for the Ironman 3D trailer title, designed, animated and finish on the House Bunny along with several Adam Sandler films.
I was hired by Grant Hollis at Insomniac Games as a graphic designer / motion designer. Shipped two AAA games - Ratchet and Clank: A Crack in Time and Resistance 3.
While Trailer Park I spent nearly three years as one of several Art Directors in the Theatrical Motion Design dept. Designing and Animating on several award winning trailers, tv spots, home video and special projects.
Universal Pictures - Back to the studio side.
I spend my nights learning zbrush, photogrammetry and the inner workings of 3D printers.
